Production & Execution

• Production + Fabrication for Event/ Activation
• Oversee execution and implementation of Client’s
  brand identity in all Project deliverables
• Provide creative and strategy for Event layout including
  site map
• Oversee fabrication, install, production execution, and
  implementation of Client’s brand
• identity and project deliverables
• Provide creative recommendations for event layout,
  event activations and event programing
• Create and design brand installations and experiences
• Produce and execute brand installations and
  activations

• Create production and project planning documents,
  including but not limited to, Run Of
• Show, AV + Tech Plans, Secuirty Plan, Staffing Call
  Sheets, and Content Briefs
• Retain, educate and manage all On-site Staff
• Design and layout event signage, and printed collateral
• Prepare print-ready artwork and graphic files for
  installation and execution
• Onsite creative oversight of production
• Onsite Production
• Onsite Show Management
• Onsite Content Capture (Photogtaphy + Video)

Pre-Production

• Provide recommendations on site maps and floor plans
  in line with production
• constraints and event guidelines
• Coordinate with venue on production planning and
  logistics
• Manage and submissions of all of event key documents
• Oversee vendor sourcing, contracting, and payments
• Manage environmental fabrication, venue build-out,
  set-up, and strike
• Source branded items
• Source and manage event rentals, including but not
  limited to installation materials,
• décor, furniture, and AV equipment
• Source and manage all staff

• Oversee activation staffing and training; develop staff
  education and training manual
• Create and enforce installation schedule and Run of
  Show documents
• Own purchasing of any necessary food and beverage
  items
• On-site venue management and event production
• Obtain insurance as requested and directed by Client
  + Venues
• Book travel and manage expenses for on-site time
  during the duration of production

On-Site Production

• Lead install, execution and strike for all Platinum Events +
  Productions owned elements
• Management of content capture
• Management of vendors, onsite staff, and brand
  ambassadors
• Deliver all technical elements related to activation sites
• including lighting, audio and video
• Co-lead contact with host, as required
